Klean Khao started because we were frustrated. Bangkok has insane food, some of the best in the world, but if you train, care about ingredients, and want to eat clean consistently, your choices shrink quickly.
It’s either heavy and convenient.
Or clean… but inconvenient.
We wanted something better.
Rice is the foundation of life here. It feeds families. It feeds the country. It feeds us.
So instead of waiting for a modern rice brand to appear, we built one.
Who We Are
Mike moved to Thailand and built his life here. He trains almost daily and thinks long-term about energy and health.
Pat is Thai through and through. He understands local ingredients and how rice should be respected.
Klean Khao sits between those worlds.
Modern but rooted.
Minimal but warm.
Clean but satisfying.
